Blocktrades takes one hell of a cut of your withdrawal

Hi Guys,

Just wanted to raise some awareness.
I looked into converting some Steem away from the platform.
My example of the withdrawal from Steem to BTC

And the current price for 4 Steem would be the following

So from the around 30 000 satoshi they take a cut off more or less 8-9000 what the hell? Around 25% ?

Is there any way in bypassing this? Can we deposit steem into another exchange or wallet?

Would love to have some sugestions and comments about it.
