Beautiful Sunday, Sublime with a Piece of Happy
It was not the day I had planned, but, it was mine. This alone was enough for a celebration. Seems like time is not my own lately, so instead of being in attendance at the Portrait Gallery, here I would be playing in the dirt. No contest! Not today anyway! This is my #beautifulsunday.
A flower. Always. These beautiful little flowers are dedicated to #SundayPurple #ColorChallenge by @Kalemandra. There must always be a flower to color my world.
Simple beauty just takes my breath away

Here is a picture of my two little kitties, when they were a little bit younger, all cozy and napping on a soft rug. They used to find comfort in the company of each other until the male decided he was the boss. We all know how that story ends...

I always post this poem down at the bottom of my posts. It is one that has become so near and dear to my heart. I only post the most famous part of it, but, wanted to post it in its entirety today.
i cried the way women on tv do
folding at the middle
like a five pound note.
i called the boy who use to love me
tried to ‘okay’ my voice
i said hello
he said warsan, what’s wrong, what’s happened?
and these are what my prayers look like;
dear god
i come from two countries
one is thirsty
the other is on fire
both need water.
i held an atlas in my lap
ran my fingers across the whole world
and whispered,
"where does it hurt?"
it answered,
"everywhere"

Oh those bleeding hearts are more reddish than my hearts which are much more pinkish...well I should not say "are" but rather, "will be" someday maybe if we dont slid right into fall and skip Spring/Summer for the year LOL.
If you are going to blow the dandelion seeds, be sure to move over close to the neighbors lawn before you do it LOL. I cannot believe you got your post up before I even got a shower OMG!

Aha! My bleeding hearts are red probably because they are red bleeding hearts! They now have red, pink and white. /growing up, my mom always had the pink ones and our neighbor had red ones. Of course, after several seasons, they traded and then they each had both colors.
Oh, you may be later in the season, but, think how you will be enjoying the beginning of your spring, long after ours has peaked and we will be whining to you! Just wait and see. I intend on putting in my share of the whining, don't you worry.
Hehe.... well, I blew it in the yard. Too late! But, no worries! I love those little yellow salad greens. They are pretty yummy.
My post? Hello, @old-guy-photos! I was up, churched and back from the garden center, then after I made coffee and breakfast for everyone, put up the post. OMG! You need to start getting up before noonish!! But, I get it. You do your best work after midnight.

Oh the hours and hours over the years I have spent in various garden Centres, mostly taking my mother around so she could choose fresh flowers for her beds, hanging baskets and pot’s. At the time it felt like a chore, but now she has passed I miss that time we spent together.
You found some beautiful flowers, and your photography always brings out the best in them - stunning as always a true delight of a post.
I can not remember if I thanked you for voting my Witness not so long ago - if I did thank you again I really appreciate every single vote - I might note be a technical coding whizz Witness but I do my best to be active and promote Steem so the value of the token we all hold can increase in value.

What a delightful comment! There's just something so relaxing about strolling among the blooming. I could be surrounded in nature and be very happy. I think it's my sweet spot.
I did the needful this weekend and poked in some flowers where they were empty spots, which every year becomes less and less. Today is a shadow of overcast and I think curling up would be a sweet idea! My week has started out in a most positive way and I hope yours does too!

Also find it relaxing down at our local nursery, normally have a breakfast outdoors which is pleasant.
Planting of late I transitioned over to plants that need little or no water... nor looking after moving to succulents and cactus or happy local greenery Denise.

What a wonderful post, quite delightful, this one line
I still blow the little fairies as I called them as a kid, Seeds now off dandelions, of course when no one is watching it probable looks weird someone my age doing it LOL
It must have been nice being at the garden center with so few people there I know how you love the place

Oh, how I wish the world could fill their hearts to the brim. For I cannot imagine how much better life would be if there were enough sunshine and happiness to go around.
I still blow on the dandelions! And proud of it. LOL Oh, I am sure that anyone over the age of 12 looks odd, but, I have always loved it. The garden center is one of my favorite places, but, once I get it all planted, I usually don't go back for the season. Too much temptation!

Sunday is normally my down day but yesterday it was the opposite I was busy most of the day and lost track of time and was still editing photos at midnight when I noticed the time getting up at 4 was a struggle and then I came outside to borderline freezing temps what is up with that
