Beat Battle League Week #12 Results

What an incredible collection of California Living inspired beats from the epic Steemian producers in this Week #12 of the Beat Battle League.

This week we have six (6) different Steemian producers creating entries based off of the theme California Living. This week had such high-quality entries from the group and being in California while judging this week made it an epic experience to say the least.

The judging panel of @chiefmappster, @danyelk, @instrumentals, and @derekmiller thank you so much for all the time, effort , and resources that went into creating your entries.

We have such a dynamic and thriving community of incredible souls that are helping each other to the top. To help this mission, we created an interactive Discord community where you can connect, interact, network and listen to epic music from the Steemit music community.

"The Drop" Community Radio by @djlethalskillz's show is coming soon to the channel which will include live DJ streaming, DJ tips, music production tips, music marketing techniques, and more.

Remember the entries for the Beat Battle League are judged on:

• Sound Quality: does the beat sound crispy, in speakers and headphones, is there cracking or recording errors? How loud can we play it before you notice quality issues? etc

• Technicality: what are the skills you displayed in making this beat? The technical aspects of the your craft. The layers and sounds do they match? How many? etc

• Creativity: how unique your entry is. How well it revolves around the universal theme? Holy smokes we have never heard that sound before? A creative video and/or artwork o yeahhhhh.

Man o man this beat is a masterpiece.

Incredible classic sample choices holy smokes and that flute you sampled from "California Dreamin" is legendaryyyyyyyyyy. Especially from 0:52-1:11 gave me the goosebumps. That part really impacted me greatly.

The sound quality is top-notch no doubt and you execute on the California Living theme so well.

Besides the message you shared, this beat provided with such incredible energy; definitely a sort of warmth like you describe in your post.

I thoroughly enjoyed this beat and the judges agreed you did an incredible job from all aspects sound quality to technicality to creativity.

This is a California Living masterpiece right here o weeeeeeee.

The fact that all this MIDI created and you played this epic guitar is so inspirational. Takes such skill, experience, and dedication in my eyes to be able to accomplish this. Especially so well done.

All these incredible sounds you use kept me smiling and engaged throughout. And had me bringing it back so many times.

I totally agree 100% with @scuzzy's comment about how this makes him feel like he is crusing down the LA streets. It has such an incredible Cali vibe to it. And it means so much especially as you know the tribe is in California at the moment.

My favorite part is when you come in so strong at 0:47-:55 and how you integrate that same sequence throughout. I was looking forward to hearing those segments o weeeee.

Also, appreciate the epic artwork you created to correspond with this Californieye beat. That eye with the trees bordering on either side its so detailed and captivating holy smokes man. You can easily get lost in that art quickly o weee.

The way you layer this beat and transition within is top-notch in my opinion.

I love how the beat comes in so strong at 0:11 and sets the tone immediately with some extra reinforcement from video.

Incredible use of samples in my opinion. You integrate them so nicely into the flow of the beat in a way that is captivating and engaging. Mad respect.

Wow is this a smooth California beat right here.

The arrangement of this beat creates such an awesome authentic Cali, top down vibe.

It is so easy to put this on in the back round and just live. Sitting in Cali listening to this meet just makes me smile so big because the arrangement maybe efficient but it sure delivers the essence of Cali Living.
