Building Ain't Easy!
Anyone can build on solid ground, but try building a place that lasts for a century or more, over the water! This is impress, as the women depicted here, are the old guard. Older women, who's families have served as fishermen for decades on Cape Cod. Building on the water has its only challenges, not the least of which is, solid ground!

Beautiful architectural work. Excellent photography. It really should not be anything easy to build in the water. This work shows the intelligence and wisdom of the human being.

...each of the four piers have an old building like this!
They used to be the old fish processing plants. Now, they house museums, restaurants, or other businesses.
