المعجنات بالبطاطس والجبن Pastries with potatoes and cheese

مرحبا اصدقائي ، اليوم سأقدم هذه الوصفة السريعة في
إعداد عجين المعجنات، نظراً لمتطلّبات الحياة السريعة التي نعيشها يومياً، و التي تستغل كل ثانية من حياتنا، فنضطر لاختيار وصفات طعام سريعة ولذيذة، تماشياً مع الوقت المسموح بذلك، فقد نفاجأ أحياناً بحضور بعض الأصدقاء، أو وجود مناسبة معيّنة لم يتم التحضير لها مسبقاً، الأمر الذي يشجعنا لاختيار وصفات سهلة، كهذه الوصفة لاختصار الوقت في إعداد الفطائر و المعجنات

Ingredients
Yogurt
5 cups flour
Yeast of dough
Water to mix the dough

المقادير
زبادي
5 أكواب الدقيق
خميرة العجين
ماء لخلط العجين

طريقة تحضير عجينة
نخلط الكل جيدا نضيف الماء لجمع الخليط نترك العجين قليل لكي يرتاح بعد ذالك نبدأ في تسريح العجين و تقطيعه بواسطة آنية على شكل دوائر

Filling
Potatoes boiled until they become like paste
Take the dough, place the filling inside, add the piece of cheese, close the filling with dough, sprinkle it with the fork ،Smear it with egg whites and put in the oven

الحشوة
بطاطس مسلوقة نطحنها حتى تصبح كالمعجون
نأخد العجين نضع الحشوة بداخلها ونضيف قطعة الجبن و تغلق الحشوة بالعجين ونزينها بالشوكة نذهنها بأصفر البيض وندخلها الفرن
