So after much promising I’m finally here to share the layout of those 17 rooms I teased you all about awhile ago.

12 of these will be first come first serve, meaning the first to contact us for set time slots (3 hour max blocks). There will be no fee to reserve those rooms for those blocks, but there is a cap of three hours and you’ve got to move fast to reserve your space. For quick reference, those rooms are: executive office 2(next to office 6), and offices 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15.

5 of these will be rented, for prices to be determined on which room is desired and how long you’d want it for. You can rent it for anywhere from a few hours to all weekend but that’s up to you to contact us and negotiate for the fee that’d be required for the room. Once it’s paid for, it’s reserved for whatever you want to do in it. For quick reference, the executive office 1 (the one next to office 1), and offices 1, 7, 8, 9.

Here’s the link for the google drive file that has the document showing the rooms available and the times as well. As they’re reserved, that document will change and be updated for you all to see.

Oh, and the far right side of the drawing (the one with the executive offices) is one lined with windows that face out into the conference area. There are shades for privacy but also the option to be visible.

Contact us for scheduling, either the rented rooms or the free for all ones. As we receive the requests we will change the document and it’ll show the schedule, as much of one as there will be, for those rooms.
