INITIATIVE
I've been thinking about how we all can CELEBRATE OUR STEPS while increasing engagement and positivity throughout @Actifit, the Steem Blockchain, and around the world. I believe I have hit upon an idea that I would like to try!
Throughout the week I will be making a focused effort to read as many #Actifit Activity Reports as I can! I'm going to give an up-vote and comment with a digital #HighFive on all the posts that inspire and motivate me to STEP FOR CANCER RESEARCH FOR THE NEXT 7 DAYS! (Please check out the #EveryStepCounts Initiative.)

What a supportive community!! A lady told me that you only need 5,000 steps to achieve all the health benefits needed....๐ณ
I didn't have the heart to correct her, this was a lady in her 80's.....
I just want to reach all that I can, and she was the one using the Fitbit.... Way to go!!!

I read and get all your messages although as of late life has been daunting to say the least so I haven't been very up-to-date with my responses here on the Steem Blockchain! Thank you for the upvote! I started hiking about 4 years ago when I learned that I had high blood pressure. (that was before I knew about anything blockchain). When I discovered Actifit, it gave me an outlet for some of the crazy photographs I find in nature while hiking, plus motivates me to keep on moving, which in turn, keeps me off high blood pressure meds. AND, I've met some wonderful folks via this whole thing! #HighFive to everyone who likes to stay healthy!๐ค
