My Actifit Report Card: August 27 2018
Will another Monday has passed by and it is time for my actifit fit post.
I really believed that my step count would be high today, I had a very busy day at work and my legs were killing me.
I didn't bother to check the app that much today, so I was rather surprised that I didn't have my Monday goal of 10, 000 steps.
Usually if I don't reach my goal I will do an extra activity to get there. Today I decided to skip that extra activity and just relax and check out what's going on in the steemit world.

my friends been doing this too and i think he lost 100 lbs!! he walks about 4 miles a day. keep up the great work :)
