걷기운동(1월 7 일)
오늘 하루 피곤하네요!
갑자기 쉬다가 출근해서 그런가요?
그래도만보 달성 했네요
점차 좋아지겠지 하고 지내는데 오늘 회사 출근하면서
몸무게 재봤는데 아직도 그 구간에서 있네요
이제 그냥 몸이 더 빠지거나 찌지 않는 상탠가?
이렇게 안하면 더 찔까 하는 생각이 듭니다.
