Pictures from visit to local park + My Activity Report Card: September 8, 2018
Daily activity:
- Morning house chores and a bit cleaning, did few kilometars
- Weekend so no work, a bit of resting
- Cycling to a local park for 10 km
Unfortunately rain caught me in the middle of cycling and it looked like it is not going to stop so I had to cancel the ride and went home
Total: around 15 km
Calories intake:
- Around 2500 kcal
Trying to gain mass, not much today as not much moving
Currently around 74 kg
Sleep:
- Around 9 h,
Again...weekend and rest days
Weekends are usually for rest so not much movement points. Hey, got to do some art as well.
Stress muscles not brain! Stay active!
