Sunday Hiking - Kloof Corner, Table Mountain, Cape Town, South Africa

Cape Town has been blessed with another beautiful sunny day. Which means we get to be outdoorsy!!

Awesome Sunday morning hike with the fam. It's winter in South Africa, but the weather has been playing along the past 3 Sundays. So we hit the mountains!! Why, because we love it.
Kloof Corner Trail
This week we chose to do Kloof corner. The trail is found in Table Mountain National Park and starts mid way up the famous table mountain! The initial climb is Steep but short, approximately 420m in elevation.
Slow and steady is key. If you can make it to this point, the worse is behind you as its pretty much flat out along the lower contour of the mountain. This trail does not lead to the table top so no cool pics from above.
I did however catch this lovely view of lions head and plenty more with my eyes, just not the lens 😉

Why would absa be on that sign , kinda bugs me. Reach the top or whatever then there an absa atm so you can buy shit. Just know the bank has something going on there, probably killing the plants to make them more rare and somehow profit or something.
Dude this mountain is a huge tourist attraction. Because of the cable car. There is a cafe on top and they charge like 30 bucks for a tiny packet of lays. Also costs like 180 to come down with the cable car once you walk up! I'm not sure what a return ticket is these days. They are as evil as absa I reckon!
