How are you...?
It's nice to be able to join this crypto-based media. Media that is now crowded in talk on the digital media facebook, twitter and other social networks. Until I decided to join in steemit
Introduce my name Johan @ yohanes, I am 30 years old, I work in a government agency, and engage in civil development. I come from the sentence - the state of Indonesia and live in jakarta with my small outag. Besides that there is a habit that I often do out there:
- Visiting a beautiful place (travel)
- Enjoy culinary tour
- Karaoke with friends and family
- Watch the latest boxoffice movies
- and, exercising '' Understand my body a little big "hha .. ha..hah
In my habits, even in my workplace, when I have spare time, I spend by reading news in digital media, writing poetry and drawing.
And do not reduce my respect, I hope all friends in steemit can support me

Senang rasanya dapat bergabung di media berbasis crypto ini. Media yang kini ramai di perbincangkan di media digital facebook, twitter dan jejaring sosial lainnya. hingga saya memutuskan untuk bergabung di steemit
Perkenalkan nama saya Johan @yohanes ,usia saya 30 tahun ,saya bekerja di sebuah instansi pemerintah,dan bergerak di bidang sipil pembangunan .saya berasal dari kalimatan - negara indonesia dan bertempat tinggal di jakarta bersama keluarag kecil saya. Disamping itu ada kebiasasanyang sering saya lakukan di luar sana :
- Berkunjung ke tempat yang indah ( travel )
- Menikmati wisata kuliner
- Berkaraoke bersama teman dan keluarga
- Menonton film-film terbaru boxoffice
- dan , berolahraga ''maklum badan saya sedikit besar"hha..ha..hah
Disela kebiasaan saya ,di tempat kerja pun ,jika ada waktu luang , saya menghabiskan dengan membaca berita di media digital, menulis puisi dan juga menggambar.
dan tidak mengurangi rasa hormat saya ,saya harap teman - teman semua di steemit dapat mendukung saya

I'm @andyluy and I've been here for a couple of weeks, a can tell youThat steemit is the most amazing thing I've ever seen at the internet so far. I'm happy seeing it grows every day!

you are very much welcome to steemit,a one of its kind in the history of social networks. i will like to share with you some lessons i learnt the hard way.
First,write on your area of strength, don't strugle more to get topics to write on, but when you write based on what you know/do well at, that becomes your brand and fellow steemians will know what to expect from you on every post.
don't beg for followers.
When people follow you on a quip pro quo basis, that's the foundation of not getting upvotes and comments because many of your followers didn't do so because they wanted what you have to offer but rather they are just there as numbers. #don't go for numbers, but value.
When i joined, after my intro post. i went low kay and started engaging with people on their posts and comments and like that,i was getting people that truly liked me for me. i must note that at some post as a newbie, i outrightly asked people to follow me but that was before i learned that it was one of the unwritten rule of steemit;don't beg for followers.

Finally, learn to engage. Get the esteem app on your phone so that after writing and posting with your pc,you can now use your phone and respond to replys on the go. This will help you build your followers.>/h4>
