Happy Single's Awareness Day!

Single's Awareness Day(S.A.D.) is an alternative to Valentine's Day for single people. The Official celebration day is February 15th, but I decided to celebrate today.

Here are a few things you can do on Single's Awareness Day if you don't have a Valentine

Buy yourself a box of chocolates and eat as many as you can!
(Make sure you get a variety pack and start out by eating one of each kind!)

Send yourself a bouquet of flowers...

Spend time with those you love. ..

Make it a "Pamper Day" or an "All About You Day". ...

Don't feel sorry for yourself. ...

Bake yourself some chocolate chip cookies and make smores out of them

Do something nice for another.

Call a friend or neighbor.

If all else fails:

Lock your door, turn off all your lights, and wait until the day is over.

@markwhittam grew up in the care of CPS and then many years later he and his family had to flee their country under threats from the state to take their child because they home schooled.

Linda, @canadian-coconut, started @familyprotection because she has helped several families who have been torn apart at the hands of the legal kidnappers aka. Child Protection Services.

If you or someone you know have children that are now wards of the state and/or government, we encourage you to share your story. If you are an underage youth caught up in this insane cycle of abuse and control..Please share your story..If you have friends in abusive situations..Please have them share their story.
