As part of this series, I have to create the game ahead of the Tutorials. This is great for me, because I get to see and play it first.
However, I realise that some of you might like to see and try it, without having to spin up Godot Engine. Therefore, you can get to the game here.
I also hope this might bring more people into the tutorial; from the Itch.io community.
Note: this post probably doesn't meet the Utopian.io rules for tutorials. However given this is linked directly to them, the mods might be lenient. If not, I apologise for wasting your time.

Hi, thanks for the response. The shields ruin the feel? I.E. They shouldn't be there at all or do you mean they are badly implemented? I'm open to ideas, suggestions and feedback. The purpose is to show the aliens resisting the wrong colour. I'm just working on the Levels, so that you gradually move into the random coloured formations. In fact, i think I have a few treats that should impress!

Ah I see. I wanted to add a new dimension, as that is always best with a game. I "think" it will become much more obvious when the levels are in play. Progression will be important. However, let's see how it pans out.
