Recipe | DELICATE PANCAKES FOR BREAKFAST

Good day, friends!

Finally came the weekend and I do not need to rush, how I love these moments! Especially I like to start the morning with the preparation of a delicious breakfast and so today's day off I was able to slowly prepare my favorite breakfast.

My favorite breakfasts are pancakes of different shapes and tastes. Today I wanted to cook classic Russian pancakes with a creamy taste.

I wish I could give you the whole scent of pancakes, because it's just amazing !! :)

Pancakes for this recipe are very delicate and for juicy taste I added honey to pancakes.

Ingredients:

Eggs - 4 pcs.

Milk - 2 cups

Flour - 280 g

Sugar - 2 tbsp. spoons

Salt - pinch

Butter - 125 g

Decoration:

Grapefruit - 1 pc.

Honey - 30 ml

Preparation:

1. Eggs mixed with sugar and salt.

2. Melt the butter and add to the egg mass.

3. Add the milk to the received mass.

4. Gradually add flour and mix everything well so that all the lumps disappear.

5. Heat the frying pan on the stove.

6. Bake pancakes in a frying pan on each side for about one minute.

7. Lay the pancakes on a plate and pour with honey.

8. Pancakes can be decorated with any fruit, I chose grapefruit.

For my family and daughter, cooking pancakes is a special ritual. Every weekend we cook pancakes with my daughter. My daughter helps me knead the dough and serve the ingredients I need for the pancakes.

It is very pleasant when you can spend time with your daughter and teach her new cooking skills.
