CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS UPDATES : A HOUSE FOR MANUEL FROM WORLD SMILE PROJECT - OCTOBER 06, 2021

Of the 12 main works, now 8 of them are being and have been carried out, namely Hoarded land, Foundation, Sloof, Columns, Floor and Roof works which have 100% progress. As for the 2 work items of the 8 jobs being worked on by the workers. The two work items are Beams and Wall which have 90% and 30% progress, respectively.

Beam work will be considered completed when the brickwork as a wall of the building is completed, while Wall work will be carried out concurrently with the installation of door and window frames. Wall work with brick is also considered complete when the plastering has been done.

The target of the work of the two items currently being worked on will be completed in 3 to 4 working days, the funds will go hand in hand with the door and window frame work. For the current average overall progress of the construction of Manuel's house according to the technical analysis I did, it was 60% with an increase of 7.5% from 5 days ago.

It should be noted that the construction of this house when it is completed will have 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 family room which is joined to the living room, and 1 kitchen.
