Progress increase from before was 17,5% (From 35% to 52,5%)

7 of the 12 main works in the construction of a house for Manuel have been carried out, 5 of the 7 have been completed perfectly with a weight of 100% namely hoarded land, foundation, sloof, columns and roof. Meanwhile, 2 of the 7 incomplete jobs are Beams and floor which each have a net weight of 70% and 60%.

The work of the beams will continue to be accelerated along with the installation of the brick wall and will have a 100% progress when the brick wall has been perfectly bonded to the beams. While the calculation of construction techniques for floor work still has the rest of the finishing work or floor smoothing perfectly. The residual weight of the floor is 40% where this engineering calculation also has an effect because the final compaction of the concrete floor will be perfect for at least 14 days.

The next work that will be carried out on Monday will be the two remaining works that coincide with the installation of brick walls and installation of door and window frames. To note, brick wall installation is one of the jobs that has the greatest weight among other jobs. Where later the installation of a brick wall will cover the entire building and the bathroom in the building, besides that the kitchen set will also be counted in this progress.
