Kale may sound like a deformed cabbage not growing it's head, but it sounds like this new fab on Kale that is appearing in the form of Super-food green smoothies, Kale chips has a history dating back at least 2,000 years ago that the Romans and Greeks knew it's health benefits, grew it which was also known as Collards.

With struggling to get Kale chips right the first time a quick chat to @woman-onthe-wing on how to do it a few years ago in the comments of one of her posts, now we are making crunchy Kale chips that the kids rush to eat when they first come out of the oven.
A great way to get all that health benefits into them without them knowing.
