Finally, abh12345 upvoted you 0 times in May 2019!
Short summary (you'll have to do this bit yourself :) )
Not as productive posts-wise as in April, with the final week of May containing only one post.
The weekly Leagues post still by far the most popular as far as resteems and comments, I am OK with that.
8 downvotes to others in May, and I think all of these were the full whack via the @steemflagrewards trail. I check each down-vote that is automatically given via this trail and so far have agreed with all of them. In the future, I suspect there will be more initiatives like this in an attempt to improve rewards and visibility for the people actually trying. One can only hope, and I know many have a differing opinion.
One flag to self on acidyo's post asking for a down-vote, only a little one and for comical effect.
Rewards wise..
Month | Author V | Author SBD | Author SP | Cur V | Cur SP |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
April | 1372473 | 239 | 685.46 | 292173 | 145 |
May | 1936387 | 349 | 972 | 278445 | 139 |
Somewhat meaningless to compare the Author data with most of my posts being sent to OCDB, but curation showing a slight fall as I've powered down a few weeks to fund the move to the UK.
I need to add a note here somewhere to remind me to include some 'most engaged with' data for next month. OK, done :)
On the UK move, the flight is Wednesday morning and the bus ride begins 7 am. I've still got to pack and finish cleaning up the apartment, and of course make some time for at least one more trip to the water before I leave. I'm going to miss all the blue I know it.
Cheers
Asher
Uh ohh @abh12345 ...
... I hope this self-inflicted "wound" didn't hurt too much. Were you just being really hard on yourself one particular day? 😉
Seriously, an interesting way to present data about your account. A new style monthly report! 😊👍

I didn't hurt at all, and at 5%, wasn't much of a waste of resources.
You didn't explicitly ask, but be warned about making a comment when there is data to be presented :D

Okay @abh12345 ...
... thanks for pointing that out. I don't contribute as steadily as others, so didn't think I would specifically ask you to invest your time.
I do appreciate the "monthly report," though, so thanks for creating it for me anyway! I particularly like seeing the breakout between curation and post earnings. I try to encourage the former, as much as I can, with consistent upvotes on people investing their time to write comments. Hard to "engage" without them ...
Do you have a perspective on what effect this so-called "EIP" will have on this "reward split" overall? Asked differently, are you "pro" or "con," in your efforts to sway the opinion of the "Top 20?"
It's my pleasure :)
Well In brief, I am for change. How it will pan out is anyones guess but I think we are due some different. Plan for the worse and hope for the best?!
What is a self downvote. ?
Who is this @tarazkp MAGA WHALE . Hahaha
If you can let me get one > I hope it is better then last months.
Maybe some feedback. Yours watch closely along with tarazkp for guidance.
Best wishes
If you were to down-vote your comment - self down-vote.

As it should be :) He's an old timer likely known by most, and I think there is still scope for you to gather up support via branching out.
I am an old timer, given up on life, a shell of the man I once was - pre-steem.
One day son, one day. ;P
I don't feel like I upvote 400 times a week but I guess the comments add up. When it comes to curation it is a killer though because that is where a lot of my VP goes and it will not get a multiplier most likely.
Not self-voting has helped me zero. I think I have lost more support since starting it than gained :D
Looking forward to getting the DV count up ;D
Well done !!!!!!

Is that right and how it is done. If it did not go right let me know and I will correct it . Once you tell me how :D
Yes that is correct but it seems you need a few more!

Hey, @wolfhart.
I'm never sure if I doing this right, or not, myself. I do have 1,000 tokens, so hopefully that means this works, so you're closer to doing it yourself.
!ENGAGE 100
I really don’t know. I saw @tarazkp do it and I know I had some ENGAGE tokens. The purpose was always to give them to Asher.
The treatment today is knocking me out. My son on the way home stopped at. I-HOP . We had a nice meal and conversation. Its been 10 months since I have stopped anywhere, except the lights thing at Xmas .
I will try this tomorrow and see if it works. Did you get any feedback.
Thank you
As always you are always there setting standards.
Hey, @wolfhart.
Looks like you now have 580 Engage Tokens, so you're getting there. Shouldn't be too long I imagine before you have enough to distribute them through the misterengagement bot, so you don't have to pay out of your ENGAGE tokens. :)
The IHOP trip sounds awesome. It's been a while since we've been there ourselves, but we've been out more regardless. I'm glad you were able to do it, even with the treatments.
i'm not sure what standards I'm setting, but you're welcome. :)
Good standards. That’s all that counts.
Ooohh I didn’t know you had to have X-amount before you can distribute them.
The outing was good. They just built IHOP and I have not been able to see any of it. It was relaxing and broke things up. I go from my room to the hospital and repeat over and over. So a little breakup is good.
I am trying to give a good balance. Its not all bad. And its not all good.
If you chose to fight you will not have it this bad. It doesn’t get worse then this.
Its been 10 months. 10 months. WOW. That’s a long way from 6 weeks and we will make you as comfortable as possible.
I have to write todays events down.

I also, if you are not pressed for time, would like one. with 3 in the bank I may be able to start seeing trends. I hope you have a nice flight, try not to get sunburned on that last sun filled beach trip, and perhaps the weather will be nice for you stay back in England,

Cheetah feeling the heat! :D
Thank you for the report.
re: Asher
I've been participating in @foodfightfriday (missed a couple weeks now lately, but anyway), and some months back, cheetah decided it would show up and do its comment about users finding similar content by this author—supposedly well meaning but knowing it's because the bulk of the post doesn't change too much from week to week—kind of like the engagement lists posts, or the freewrite post (which is every day, by the way), and yet no cheetah. I guess they'd been trying for weeks to get ahold of someone who could whitelist @foodfightfriday, and I guess it must have finally happened. I just got tired of seeing cheetah doing it's spam thing. I'm not that big a fan, because everywhere I see it show up, it's just unnecessary. And I don't know if people read what it's saying in those instances anyway. It would really easy for people to see it and think, oh, their spamming or plagiarizing when neither is the case. :/
I know where you are coming from, it is frustrating. patrice or guiltyparties are i believe able to get an account away from cheetahs claws.
I'm not entirely sure, but my guess is guiltyparties may have finally got to it. That was after good old pjau became involved, and he doesn't really have much say. So far, though, he's been the go to guy for a couple of instances I know, so I'm glad he works with or knows folks who can redirect the algorithm elsewhere.
