Surprise!
This is my entry into the #ZapFic Contest sponsored by @felt.buzz. The prompt this week is 'debut'. Rules are, not more than 240 characters. I believe mine comes in under the wire, at 237.
“Surprise me!” my sister said every Christmas. So annoying. Couldn't she make it easy? This year I did as she asked. She opened a beautifully wrapped box and found nothing, except a card which read: Debut of a new gift concept. Surprise!
Oh, that was a surprise, all right!
