Or so you think....

-How many times has he made you angry,spoiled your day and your mood, making you doubt about your strengths and limits?

The man who can,within a few seconds,change your mood is also the one who controls your mind.

Yes,he is the one who handles you like a puppet.You do not want to respond to his calls,refuse to be moved by his insults.And while on the one hand,you swear that you will never ever again deal with him,on the other,you become furious with the slightest change in his behavior.

He has found your buttons or even worse,your weakness is transformed into his power. You are looking for your lost peace of mind and he...a steady figure in your turbulent life.

We are people with passions,feelings,thoughts, fears and hopes.We are... everything that we love and everything we allow to exist in our lives.We become what we choose to decorate our minds in the evenings.

Yes,we should not be affected,it should not be all dependent on a shake of his finger.To deny reality is like accepting our defeat.Because you see....no boat is going against the wave.The good captain has the wave for his driver.

So too,if we want to get away from the storm that a third person is provoking nowadays,initially we need to accept the situation and observe our feelings.Why is this man so important?Are we afraid not to lose him,looks like a parent figure,is the first man we can not control?

And when we have all the answers we miss,look at whether the anger that is created is actually functional.Instead of hiding behind a pain mask, it would be good to talk about our feelings.

To express the true reason we get angry and perhaps prove to have nothing to do with the presence of that particular person in our lives.It is certain that people who have taken an important place in our hearts,at the same time,awaken our most hidden and frightening insecurities.

We may be angry because we do not get what we need.Perhaps because the other awakens our greatest fears.Finally,perhaps,the time has come to confront a chronic demon.

The man who makes us angry....controls us because we can not control ourselves.We are outraged because we have not found our limits and we are not yet sure what we need and what we want.And he is the persistent reminder of what we have not yet achieved.

So...the next time you get angry with one of your life's most important persons ... try to let the anger go aside and blush the real reasons that hurt you.

Besides, people come near you only when you let them come,without masks,pretensions and high walls.In any other case,whether angry or not,you are alone by counting the odds and making scripts on your head.

Do not let anger become part of yourself.It is better to feel empty with an opportunity to fill that gap in the future,rather than full of bitterness,clinging to the mistakes of the past.
