Stop Them (An Original Poem)
They'll tell you.
How you shouldn't
miss them.
How you should learn
to be okay, alone.
But, if you watch
that person leaving,
and if you feel that
you want that person
to stay, then tell them.
Because, trust me.
There's nothing worse than
that incomplete feeling
where you know that you
could've stopped them,
but you still didn't.
Just because their life
mattered more to you than yours.
For once. Try holding on
to both your lives.
