Music Word of the Day

Every day I make an attempt to add a little bit more music knowledge to the Internet, one word at a time. Realizing there aren’t many comprehensive and complete online music dictionaries, I set out on a mission to compile my own.

Learn How To Use SteemAX to Invite Someone to an Auto-Exchange of Upvotes

SteemAX helps minnow content-creators and whale curators by automating an exchange of upvotes between their quality blog posts, allowing both 1 to 1 as well as disproportional exchanges that grant bigger curations, better support than a bid bot, and the long-term support they both deserve.

"Why would you want that", you might ask. Good question. But to understand the answer consider for a moment that the Steem blockchain has been designed to be intrinsically capitalistic. Meaning those who invest their own money (or find money to invest) into Steem Power are going to make more money then those who don't. Although Steem was created to be capitalistic, very few "open markets" exist on the platform. Of those markets, the only thing traded is Steem for something. Steem for a vote. Steem for SBD. Steem for Steem Power. But the Steem ecosystem has more that can be traded. How about trading your vote for a vote, instead of for Steem? Now what if that turned into a long term support of traded votes? Voila: www.SteemAX.trade.

Version 1.6 of SteemAX has just been released! Users can now automatically accept 1:1 ratio invites, as well as set your vote power threshold in the new settings options. And of course SteemAX lets you batch send and accept invites now, making the process of finding exchange partners much easier. Speaking of which, check out SteemAX new top users page to find even more exchange partners!

Interesting @artopium...
(Soon I will have my voting power up to a 100% then I will vote again... I hear you can only vote 10 times a day/night to always be on 100%?)

yes this is true. But at 450 SP or so you will get a slider that lets you adjust your voting weight, thus allowing you to vote more than 10 times. ;)

@learnelectronics
Cool, lets hope I make it to 450 SP. It is not so super easy for me to make SP's, maybe I'll just try to buy more STEEM and power up, but now I need money for art supplies, beer and some food... =)

Right now is perfect time to acquire SP via bidbots. When the price of Steem is low, the amount of SP you earn is much more. The reason is due to the equation used to determine your actual payout. As you know, you get 75% (25% goes to curation). Of that 75%, it's split in half, 50% in SBD (or STEEM right now because the printing rate is 0%) and the other 50% in SP. But what a lot of people don't know is that the 50% in SP , is calculated as an amount of USD that could purchase SP. I know, it's confusing, but let me explain it better with an example. If the post shows it will payout $10.00, then you will get $7.50. Split in half that becomes $3.75 in SBD/STEEM and $3.75 USD worth of SP. So if the price of Steem is below a dollar (which it is), the SP you actually get will be more than $3.75. Right now, STEEM is at $0.90 USD, so the payout would be 4.16 SP. ;)

Thanks for the advice, you are very knowledgable.
You are probably right, I have been experimenting a bit with bidding bots, various ones, if I hade cash left over I would most definitely just buy loads of STEEM right now, use bidbots and power up/save...
This is a good oppertunity I think, but I am not a financial advisor or anything... But I am very optimistic about STEEM right now...

Cheers!
