Well there is something to be said for late night Steeming. Old Guys need at least 4 hours of sleep :)
4 hours of sleep ... I would look and act like a zombie at that. I have always needed a lot of sleep ... like 9 to 10. I think it is because I am very light sleeper. But I do have great dreams and so there is that:)
