HOW TO MAKE VEGAN CAESAR DRESSING | SIMPLE HOMEMADE SALAD DRESSINGS | VIDEO RECIPE
Salads can get boring, but one of the best ways to give your salads a kick is by adding some delicious, healthy dressings. Vegan Caesar Dressing is creamy, flavorful, and delicious. This Caesar dressing is filled with Nutritional Yeast. Nutritional yeast is one source of complete protein and vitamins, in particular B-complex vitamins. It contains folate, thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, selenium and zinc, making it a great superfood!

Ingredients:
Ripe Avocado | 1 ea
Juice & Zest | 1/2 Lemon
Almond Milk | 1/2 Cup
Hemp Seeds | 1/4 Cup
Nutritional Yeast | 1/4 Cup
Garlic | 5 Cloves
Dijon Mustard | 2 Teaspoons
Capers | 1 Tablespoon
Apple Cider Vinegar | 1 Tablespoon
Sea Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon
Whole Peppercorn | 1/2 Teaspoon
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients into a blender.
- Blend on high until smooth.
- Enjoy on a kale salad with homemade croutons.

I love nutritional yeast but I haven't used it in salad dressings. I'll try this one tomorrow!
I like to use tahini as a creamy salad dressing base. Blended with some lemon or lime juice it's creamy and tangy!
That sounds delicious. Tahini is just sometimes so expensive. I use peanut butter instead of it in my hummus.
