INSPIRATION through PERSPIRATION DAY 13 of 21 DAY CHALLENGE
There seems to be many health benefits to sweating.
Exercise being a positive way you can deliberately stress the body to work for it's best benefit. It's interesting because as you work the body into a sweat...what you are really getting into is temperature control...which is exactly where I went with post workout yesterday. I was yearning for an ice cold shower and that's exactly what I did.
I think that's going to be a new challenge for me that will overlap with this one.....doing an ice cold shower for 5 minutes every day for 21 days. It's an invigorating experience and my body really seems to enjoy it.
Day 13 Inspiration through Perspiration
- Took me about 15 minutes of a very accelerated pace to get a sweat going.
