Dear #uloggers and steemit friends! Hello! How was your day?

This is how my day went...

When my husband arrived from work today, he handed a paper bag telling that it was a gift from Lola Anet. His coworker, a fellow Filipino came back here from his vacation in the Philippines. When I opened the paper bag it has smoked fish, ripe mangoes, and a small dried mango candy in it. I was so happy that I changed my plan for today. I should be cooking Kare-Kare for our meal. But I can not wait for the smoked fish to eat. Lol. I cooked it and sliced some tomatoes, onion and soya sauce for dipping. I also boiled some eggs. We eat kamayan style this time. Our simple meal becomes an instant feast for the family today. We were so full. We ate the ripe mangoes for our dessert and it tastes so sweet.
