Tree Tuesday Forks Over the Day
Royal Naval Dockyard, on the west end of Bermuda.
Bermuda Clocktower Mall. Located at the Royal Naval Dockyard, it's hard to miss this impressive building with its twin clock towers. The two towers on the two sides of the building are 100-foot high, one having a clock that shows the real time and the other with a clock that shows the time of the high tide.
To be fair, it is surrounded by beautiful palms... Seriously! It is #TreeTuesday!Look hard!
Is there anything more beautiful looking than overnight rain? It washes over the landscape, giving it a refreshing, clean look. Then the sun comes out, air drying it. Life is good. Admit it.
You heard it here first
What a wonderful life.
And just like that, these musings are done. I want to thank @old-guy-photos and @Kalamandra for hosting these challenges and just so you know, although much sun and shine were used up today, I can guarantee that there is still a little left in my heart. Have a most fabulous day! And keep on Forking!
I always post this poem down at the bottom of my posts. It is one that has become so near and dear to my heart. I only post the most famous part of it, but, wanted to post it in its entirety today.
i cried the way women on tv do
folding at the middle
like a five pound note.
i called the boy who use to love me
tried to ‘okay’ my voice
i said hello
he said warsan, what’s wrong, what’s happened?
and these are what my prayers look like;
i come from two countries
one is thirsty
the other is on fire
both need water.
i held an atlas in my lap
ran my fingers across the whole world
"where does it hurt?"
