Hi everyone @lizanomadsoul here with the Monday edition of the #TravelDigest. Sorry for not writing the digest yesterday, @martibis is visiting and we were exploring the alps together while working on the new travel app "Haveyoubeenhere". That is why today the digest is extra long ;)

Travel Digest

#1 La Gomera Hike #1: The Imada Gorge by @for91days

We arrived in Tenerife early Sunday afternoon, disembarked the ferry on La Gomera on late Friday afternoon, and checked into our guest house in they tiny village Imada well after nightfall. After a quick meal at the town’s single restaurant, the Arcilia, we went straight to bed. On Monday morning, we’d be confronting our first big hike of the week, and wanted to be rested.

#2 Tales of the Urban Explorer: Ponthalgh, Plowtalgh, Powtehalgh by @slobberchops

I seem to have been holding on to this one for the longest time and need to write up my experience of Ponthalgh, Plowtalgh, Powtehalgh before I forget what happened. It’s now December and was August last that I managed to gain entrance to this wreck of a farm on the second attempt.

#3 The Magic of the Taman Sari by @ivansnz

Taman Sari is a water castle in Yogyakarta. It is called water castle because the sultan that built that castle enjoyed three swimming pools in there. One of them only for himself, one for the guests and one for the kids. Besides the castle there are mystic underground tunnels leading to hidden rooms! It was an adventure to explore this place
