I'll have a look at all these awesome updates that have happened since I last heard from steemitworldmap. It's been a while since I last made a travel post and seems a LOT has happened since!
Glad to see you found time to continue with the travel, Christchurch was such a beautiful city from photographs seen before the earthquake damage.
Nice to know they are slowly rebuilding, what a mammoth task to undertake.
Sunrise photography is absolutely spectacular, well done on learning new tricks with phone photography.
Thanks a lot Joan! I think the travel days might be over though. At least for long stints like this one I had earlier in the year. It will need some miraculous event to get me travelling again but who knows hey?
Christchurch is still a beautiful city. I didn't get a chance to explore it too much this time round but luckily I get a chance to see it all again and in a bit more detail later in the blog series.
And if it wasn't for my phone, I'd have no pictures whatsoever so I'm grateful for this amazing handheld device that I'm replying to you with now! Just wish the sd cards I have would stop corrupting all the time 😭
