Hello everyone @LivingUKTaiwan here!! It's been a week since I've written the #TravelDigest as I've been at SteemFest, and had a great time meeting up with so many people. It's just amazing how an online community can actually become something so real!!

#1 Austria's longest cellar alley by @schmatz

"Rotes Kreuz" means "Red Cross", but it has nothing to do with the humanitarian organization. It is just a wayside cross painted in red. Red painted wayside crosses are quite common in this area of Austria. After this small detour you can go back to Lindobelgasse and follow in western direction. At the end of the alley you see a madonna statue called "Maria am Berg" (Mary on the mountain). You can now walk down the mountain in southern direction in a street called "Viehtrift" (cattle drive track).

#2 Toter Berg ("dead mountain") - a mountain that's actually not dead! by @schmatz

"Toter Berg" can be translated as "dead mountain". It is a mountain 454 meters above sea level near Rossatzbach in Wachau Valley in Lower Austria.Rossatzbach is a little bit more than 200 meters above sea level so you have to cover a height difference of almost 250 meters! This mountain is rather unknown and many people do not know it. When I walked up this mountain I didn't see any signpost naming this mountain. Still, it is not very hard to find the way up.

#3 Trip to Bom Jesus do Monte - Braga | Portugal by @aleister

Bom Jesus Sanctuary is one of the most recognized monuments of the city of Braga, whether by the Christian faith or the view over the city. The ensemble is part of the Basilica, which was upgraded to this category in 2015, a stairway referring to the Way of the Cross with a difference of 116 meters, divided into three sections in a zigzag path, a funicular, a forest that is transformed into a park and a recreation area with restaurants and hotels.
