#1 Halloween Celebration at Maxim Gorky Park, Kharkiv, Ukraine.. by @priyanarc

October is here, the month of Indian summer, Fall celebration, Thanksgiving and last but not least Halloween. Well, I might miss some festivals because I don't have so much idea about Ukrainian culture still now. Upcoming October 31st, Halloween festival will be celebrated all over the world I guess. Last year, I was been able to visit one of the Halloween festivals, here in Kharkiv. Normally, lots of private parties, club parties happen here in Halloween. I have seen many people celebrate here specially the young generation. Different clubs arrange parties and restaurants are decorated with Halloween stuff. Personally, I don't celebrate Halloween but I love to watch how people celebrate that. My culture never allowed me to celebrate Halloween even from a religious point we are not allowed to celebrate that.

#2 Beautiful Trip To Patagonia / Auf meinem weg nach Patagonien by @globetrotterin

Our way to Patagonia led us with the Navimag ferry through the Chilean fjords. Early friday morning I drove from Chiloé to Puerto Montt, from where the ferry left. Christina from Germany was there and in front of the Holiday Inn we met Bettina who I had already met in Pucon. After checking in and handing in the luggage we had to bridge some time and so we had a delicious hot chocolate and after a little snack shopping a pizza. At 13.45 we were picked up by our shuttle and drove to the harbour. I had booked a bed in a 22-bed cabin.

#3 Escaping LAX for a day: Bus roulette and vegan restaurants by @choogirl

LAX is an interesting place after midnight. Most of the travellers have gone except for the ones with early morning transfers who've decided to (not) sleep there rather than pay LA's ever-increasing hotel costs. Then there are the homeless people. These people seem to turn up early in the evenings via the free shuttle (which I'll get to) and settle in for the night. Despite the freezing airconditioning, they come prepared with blankets and there are quite a lot of them. Every time I'm in the US, I'm always shocked by how many homeless people I see. The wealth inequality is so noticeable compared to other developed countries.
