A collection of best information I could find on Nomad Capitalist lifestyle, Best cities to live a quality life, Best countries for Intellectual Property, Safest cities + Top 8 highest value bank notes you can get your hands on
There are tons of random Top 10 Lists on the internet over all sorts of stuff. What they lack is reason and credibility. These days most Organizations (Like Oxfam) are simply making it hard for free markets. We libertarian/anarcho-capitalist groups need some information with good sources with boots on the grounds experiences. I can never trust a leftist group and just random people on the internet have their own subjective views and it's hard to make a good comparison. Personally I've visited only few countries and I've only met people from few countries. In all my years on the net, the best source of information regarding travel, residence and citizenship I've found is Andrew Henderson and Nomad Capitalist.
This is no site for some backpackers living in some coffee shops. There is that too. But There is much more. Andrew is a guy who left USSA at a very young age and he's there to help people reduce their tax bills all over the world whether it's a wandering nomad with a laptop or a millionaire business owner who is paying half a million in taxes per year. His website http://nomadcapitalist.com is just there for the promotion and the guy would only work for a fee. Basically you can trust him. He's a capitalist. He works for money and he's never too shy to show off the credibility. The website has over 45K daily page views. I don't feel like agreeing with some of his subjective views especially when it comes to European countries. But he and his team has traveled across the globe and they are mostly looking at things from very much of a doing business perspective.
Andrew has traveled to 89 countries and speaks 3 languages and with other members included, the team speaks 10 languages. If you follow his blog, you'll see him doing lots of boots on the ground work and being the suffering Guinea pig to dig out all the info. We have a team that hate taxes and help people to get rid of paying taxes (for a fee) and it's as reputable as it gets unless you are going to deploy your own research team. Before going for the ranking, check at least a part of the following video and compare what this guy and his team stands for Vs some NGO that's framing all the statistics in the universe to make taxes go high, regulation rampant and ruin the freedom for everybody.
Nomad Quality of Life Index 2017
1.HONG KONG
2.DUBAI
3.SINGAPORE
4.LONDON
5.LISBON
6.MALTA ISLAND
7.AMSTERDAM
8.TBILISI
9.KUALA LUMPUR
10.BARCELONA
How the hell was this Ranked?
They actually considered 7 factors for the ranking.
Cost of Living – 20 % of ranking
Work Environment – 10 % of ranking
Accessibility – 10 % of ranking
Safety – 10 % of ranking
Entertainment – 10 % of ranking
Openness & Friendliness – 10 % of ranking
Nomad Perception – 30 % of ranking
Openness & Friendliness is calculated assuming you are an English speaker. So that element is slightly biased towards English speaking countries. This is just the Top 10 of a list of 100 cities from many countries across the globe. Just so you know I'll drop the ranks of some of the popular locations for nomads in South East Asia
Vietnam
Hanoi - 26
Ho Chi Minh City - 47
Da Nang - 67
Thailand
Bangkok - 14
Chiang Mai - 16
Phuket - 55
Indonesia
Bali Island - 31
Jakarta - 84
The list is biased towards a more "Professional" nomad experience and that is to be expressed from a business that is aiming to profit from making people's/company's taxes go away. Still, Thailand does seem to live up to the reputation. You can read the full list of 100 cities here
The 10 Safest Cities for Nomads and Expats
Here it is pretty obvious this is a business minded list. According to Sharia Law, sex outside of marriage is a punishable crime (including being a victim of rape). Don't attempt anything non-ultraconservative when it comes to Muslim countries. You can avoid the authorities. But the best advise is to be naughty in a Non-Muslim country and just stick with UAE or Qatar for business and professional activities.
I couldn't find a methodology but there were honorable mentions in the list.
Warsaw, Poland
Vienna, Austria
Tallinn, Estonia
Top 10 countries for your Intellectual Property
Mind is the source of all human creation and I consider Intellectual Property to be the highest form of property. But unfortunately the stupid lawmakers have made IPs a weapon against innovation and it's a disturbing trend you must certainly fight. But going against patents and Intellectual Property itself is like turning into some Alt-Right buffoon just because SJWs and liberals are ruining the world. You can't make the better place by brainlessly doing the opposite of a bad thing which at most times is just merely..... less bad.
Getting your innovations registered as an IP can also be a way to avoid potential lawsuits by patent trolls and manage a solid brand for whatever you are doing. Above all you must make sure that you won't be paying much taxes to fund things like dropping several times the amount of bombs dropped in WWII in small regions that just want to do their thing in their own ways. So here comes a good list which you may find helpful. More information here.
Quick list of most expensive cities for Ex-patriots to live in
1.Zurich, Switzerland
2.Geneva, Switzerland
3.Reykjavik, Iceland
4.Oslo, Norway
5.Bergen, Norway
6.Honolulu, Hawaii, USA
7.New York, NY, USA
8.Tokyo, Japan
9.Copenhagen, Denmark
10.Sydney, Australia
Is there anyone who can tell me what's up with the prices in Iceland? I'd be very interested to know. Other expensive places seem pretty obvious. You can read in detail here. But these are just places for expats to live in. The real expenses comes with the corruption.
Just because I like long articles and Laissez-faire I'll end the post with a list of 8 highest value bank notes in the world. Some of these larger notes could disappear thanks to the draconian war on cash. But then we have zk-SNARKs and all sorts of privacy tech and cryptocurrency. Regulators always take too much time to catch up and this time they are going to need to catch up by shutting down the internet and confiscating most of the backup copies of blockchains. Good luck with that.

Very nice post, for me the most important indicator must be security, but of course, it's like that just because I know what a nightmare can be a place with 0 security
In contrast with the latest part of the post, the banknote with the lowest value must be the 2Bs bill with a value of 0.0000090909 US$ -and still getting lower-
