Montana will take your breath away any time of the year. With its unspoiled, natural beauty, glacier-carved peaks and valleys and diverse wildlife, Montana will not disappoint.

Geographically, Montana is the fourth largest state in the United States, but one of its least populated. Yes, you will spot more wildlife including antelope, deer, elk and free-roaming buffalo herds than people. Everyone knows everyone, but generally Montana people are very nice and helpful to someone in need.

You can’t be in Montana and stay in. People in Montana are always going out. There are numerous outdoor activities like hiking, biking, scenic drives, canoeing and kayaking and an array of winter sports.

Visit the magnificent Yellowstone National Park, the oldest park in the world. The famous Little Bighorn Battlefield National Monument, a historical landmark in the US is a must-visit.

Nothing tops the dreamy blue glaciers and sun kissed mountain tops of Glacier National Park. Known as the crown jewel of Montana, visit the ‘Going-to-the-sun’ road for the ultimate hiking and biking experience. The 50 mile road is by far the most beautiful mountain road. Be sure to get to the Triple Divide peak where three oceans: the Pacific, the Atlantic and the Arctic meet.

The natural bounty in this ‘Big Sky’ country yields some of the best beef along with other local delicacies. Drop by the Western Café for mouth-watering chicken fried steak, a hearty food served in big portions – Montana Style. While there, try also the huckleberry swirls a sweet comfort food
