Attractions of Dalat: #29 Mong Mo Hill

Mong Mo Hill translates as Dream Hill and is a tourist area that was design as a romantic peaceful place for people to visit. It is a much loved eco tourism spot. There are gardens, waterfalls and many classically Vietnamese romantic features.

There is a 300 year old house here formally the home of poets. In the gardens poets from Han Mac Tu are carved into a wooden table. There is also a bust of Trinh Cong Son, a famous musician. The place is surrounded by the ubiquitous pine trees.

The restaurant here sits 400 people a mark of the popularity of the place. There are also bungalows that act as guest house for those who wish to stay over. There are camping facilities and local musicians and dancers perform daily.
