Hello fellow Steemians!
I am here with another round of my photo challenge where you can submit your personal images from your travels to Prague and other locations in the Czech Republic in the comment section below. I host this photo challenge twice a week - on Tuesday and Friday.
You can submit your entries in the current round from now until Tuesday, 6 AM (CET). Please, don’t forget to add a short background story for your entry with at least 30 words and let me just remind you one more time that only personal images will be accepted in the challenge.
The best 15 entries of the round will be rewarded with my upvote. I will also pick the absolute winner of the round from these 15 photos and reward him with an extra upvote on one of his recent posts published on the Steem blockchain. The winning photo will be also featured as the cover image for the next round of the photo challenge to give the author some more exposure and publicity.
There were many great entries submitted in the last round of the Prague/Czech Republic Photo Challenge and I had a hard time picking the absolute winner. After a deliberate consideration, however, I decided to choose the following entry by @ritxi:
Chateau Třebíč, originally a Benedictine monastery in Třebíč, is a national cultural heritage. The chateau was founded by the reconstruction of the original Benedictine monastery during the 16th century and was the residence of the owners of the Třebíč estate. Since 2018 the whole complex of the chateau and the monastery has been included in the UNESCO World Heritage List.

The most prominent architectural landmark of the little Moravian town of Chropyne, the Chropyne Chateau was built in the early 17th century. These days, the chateau is home to a renowned museum and it is also the venue of various cultural events, festivals and concerts.
Jewish Quarter in Třebíč is included in the UNESCO World Cultural and Natural Heritage List.
Some streets are narrow and shady like this one on the picture. This photo was taken at the golden hour so with the sunset sunlight. I simply love the atmosphere of this Jewish Quarter!
Special tram, Palmovka, Prague
There are many types of trams in Prague. Most of them carry passengers. Several historical trams organize sightseeing tours for tourists. And you can hire a few for special purposes like celebrations, weddings ... But this is just one. It's a maintenance tram. It cleans the turnouts with compressed air and checks and measures the track condition.
Polna is a small town in Highlands region situated 15 kilometers from Jihlava and it's worth of visiting. I was surprised by the numerous historic buildings, monuments and tourists sites. This is view from the yard of the castle at the church Assumption of the Holly Virgin.
