Vaping it has become very popular worldwide and it is slowly replacing the normal cigarettes.
Not in Thailand, here "puffing " could cost you 5 years in prison (trust me you don't want to find yourself in a Thai prison, maybe among the worst prisons in the world) or a fine or both jail and fine.
Apparently there is no a written law banning Ecigarette in Thailand. These products are in a category of goods that have not been taxed this is what make them a dangerous problem, therefore if you are caught smoking or you own a vape device you are breaking the law.
Apparently no one has ever been arrested yet but there are reports about confiscation by police.
Use e cigarette at your own risk and when you travel be aware of the rules of the country you are visiting to avoid any problem.
It has been documented here in the U.S. that there are so many 'laws' that the average person commits 3 felonies per day ! The predatory police and justice system has grown so out of control that a profit is realized and as long as greed runs our state operations this will continue to be the case.

Well, no one has been arrested yet but you know how police are in Thailand for sure you will have to pay them if caught .
