Bots: FACTS & FIGURES. (Part FOUR - 4.1)

in #testing5 years ago (edited)

In this post I shall start listing the actual posts that I used bid bots on and give a transparent breakdown of the funds used on bid bots along with a calculation of the "profits".

Now, I wish to make it very clear that the Steem I used for all of these I purchased with HARD EARNED FIAT which didn't fall from the sky.

Prior to continuing this post I must make the following notes:

This post is part of a series of posts and all posts in this series that have been published prior to this post are to be considered as a part of this post.

Including but not limited to all the notes, definitions, terms and conditions specified in Bots:

TOTAL PAID TO UPVOTE BOTS:

650 STEEM

PROFIT: 26.115 STEEM

Paid to fellow Steemians from this post:

Total paid in curation rewards: 171 STEEM (in SP)

For those interested in seeing the figures as shown at the bottom of the post, here it is:

So to put it bluntly as per the undeniable facts and figures listed above:

I risked 680 liquid Steem,

Made Just over 26 Steem, roughly just under 4 %

of which 341 Steem was at the end of it all in Steem Power = 50% (SP takes 13 weeks to turn back into liquid)

So roughly half of my liquid funds were "Powered Up" at the end of it all.

&

an additional 171 Steem also went into SP via the Curation Rewards

The post itself was at the top of the "Trending" page for roughly 1 day.

Again, these figures are facts as per the referenced post and are not an indication of anything that anyone can expect when using "Bid Bots".

Understand that the figures being shown here are for a series of posts in which I shall exclusively list only facts, no opinions, no theories, just cold hard facts.

At the end of this series readers shall have at their disposal various facts and figures along with relevant links all of which are exclusively relevant to "Upvote Bots" in particular those that we refer to as "Bid Bots".

Thank you so much for participating the Partiko Delegation Plan Round 1! We really appreciate your support! As part of the delegation benefits, we just gave you a 3.00% upvote! Together, let’s change the world!

Sometimes I use bid-bot never really understanding the curation process or whether or not I was going to make profits or not, this has been really eyeopening if you ask me, I see a little of how it works and I see the returns were little but at least there, I'm glad to have seen this.

Please follow the series all the way to the end.

You will then have a complete listing of all the relevant numbers and facts.

Again, I have to stress that although on this post a "profit" of less than 4% was made, that is not in any way an indicative figure of the potential profits or losses that a Steemian can incur when using "Bid Bots".

This post has been included in the latest edition of SoS Daily News - a digest of all you need to know about the State of Steem.
