Tomatoes:-

It protects the body from the normal color of the skin and protects from being crushed. Tomato juice can be fed to children. Or tomatoes cut into small pieces and mix a little testing salt.

Cucumber:-

People who do not like cucumbers are very few. If the child have obesity, then eat cucumber for great benefit.

Curd:-

There are good and useful bacteria on the curd. Which plays an excellent role in solving stomach problems. The yogurt/curd is called a hit abusor, it keeps the stomach cool. So child can be fed yogurt in any problems in the stomach.

coconut water:-

In the summer the sun's heat absorbs water from the body, so it is better to drink coconut water if you get the opportunity. Coconut/water is very useful for the health.

Watermelon:-

Watermelon is very sweet and delicious. This sweet fruit contains 92% water. And this fruit is rich in Vitamin A 'anti-toxin
