Вафли из кабачков
Для ФМ "Кабачок и компания - 2"
Картофельные вафли я уже показывала, теперь очередь кабачковых. Как и в первом случае, отличная альтернатива жарке на сковороде в масле
ПОНАДОБИТСЯ:
- 1 кабачок весом ок. 350 г;
- 1 зубчик чеснока
- 1 яйцо
- 50 г сыра
- 3-4 ст.л муки
- укроп
- соль, перец по вкусу.
Кабачки натереть на крупной тёрке, посолить и оставить на 5 минут.
Слить выделившийся сок и отжать массу. Добавить мелко нарезанный укроп, измельчённый чеснок, тертый сыр. Добавить муку и хорошо перемешать
Накладывать по 2 ст. л. теста в каждую ячейку вафельницы и печь до золотистой корочки.
