I have been having daydreams about becoming a whale for the last few days. I mean c'mon think of yourself being in my shoe - for once disregard being selfish, buddy. Being a whale on Steemit is just like graduating with First class at Harvard University, the feeling, although I haven't tasted it, I can tell, is awesome.

I am not always like this but, I have become this obsessed with becoming a whale. Okay, well I am not a fan of whale (of fish specie) actually, but whenever I see the posts from @stephenkendal, @stephenkendal, @surfyogi, @surpassinggoogle, @adsactly, @jerrybanfield, @burnpost, @always1success, @abrockman, @prameshtyagi, @slowwalker, @timsaid, @gringalicious, @acidyo @haejin and many more, I end up not minding becoming a whale fish itself. Do not blame me, who doesn't like being famous!?

Steemit is a criminal and I am going to get it arrested. I hardly attend to my chats on Whatsapp and I can't remember when last I checked on my Facebook pages which took lots of though to promote them to where they are today courtesy of Steemit. Isn't that an offence? Well my friend, it isn't. In fact it has opened my eyes and and I can see the time I have wasted on other social networks without gaining anything in return and for this, instead of being a criminal, it has saved my life, and that makes it a life saviour.

We do nearly-nothing and get these awesome rewards on Steemit

Steemit has given us a better life. We are enjoying a much better freedom where our data are safe unlike one I will not mention regardless of how much you offer me - Facebook. We get rewarded doing a very simple task - things we normally do even before joining steemit: Writing posts through @steemit; sharing pictures through @steepshot; live-streaming videos through @dlive; uploading videos through @dtube; enjoying fantastic tunes through @dsound and the like, and we get rewarded! Isn't steemit awesome!?

That feeling you get as a whale is not from this planet

But yet, the feeling on being on Steemit gets to another height when you become a whale. It is incredible. Imagine seeing lots of people looking unto you and respecting you - that is what you get when you are on Steemit. May God continue to bless @adesojisouljay for bringing me to this platform. The truth is you cannot reward them as much as they deserve - those that talked to you about Steemit and eventually succeeded in bringing you here. That is why I hold the likes of @eurogee, @nairadaddy, @casweeney, @michaelcj, @kesolink, @jacobite, @ewuoso, @bait002, @raymondbruce, @davemccoy and other @steem-ambassador guys in high esteem. They deserve an everlasting praise for opening doors to countless people. Hosting Meetups, seminars, workshops and other educating events just to help this community is indeed a reward-deserving job and that makes them exceptional.

Who said you cannot make a whale

Becoming a whale is the dream of every steemian right from the start. You go to the Trending Pages and seeing all those posts make outstanding rewards, you wanna give anything and everything you have gotten to become one, too. But is it that easy? Did these whales make that position in a day? You know the answer.
