The following tips make it easier for the child and father to complete this procedure effectively and quickly:

Books, a radio play or an animated conversation distract the child from combing. So make sure you have a good mood when combing.
The hair is unraveled from bottom to top. This prevents additional burrs and nodules and protects the sensitive scalp. Tip: Hold the hair over the part that is being combed.
If it strikes too hard, there are spray solutions for dry hair, which make it easier to comb and dissolve the burdock.
Very important is the right brush for the girl hair, combs are usually not suitable for detangling. Choose a brush with soft boar bristles or a special Entwirrbürste.

Step by step to the beautiful braid

Start small and choose a braid variant that is not too complicated. With the following instructions, you also manage to style your daughter so that she is satisfied with the result.

Divide the hair, which has been well combed back into three equal strands.
Start with one side (which is a matter of taste) and put the strand over the middle. You must make sure that the hair fits smoothly on the head.
Now put the other side strand over the middle and fix the structure with your thumb.
Lay the sides alternately and evenly over the middle, making sure that no loops are formed or the hair is twisted.
Once the entire hair is interlaced, fix the end with a hair tie.
