Thanks to @zord189 and @jaynie , I'm back once again for the Steemitbloggers Contest for this week. Unfortunately, I couldn't make it for the last two contest so, I'm sure as hell am going to make it this time around.

For this contest, instead of curating someone from our family, Steemitbloggers, we're require to curate a random Steemian out there whose post is much deserving of that extra exposure. I really like this idea as it allows us to grow not just within the Steemitbloggers community but also to share ourselves with the outer circle.

Curator's Curating Quest 2
Criteria :
i) Find a random Steemian's post that you 100% LOVE & Curate it.
ii) Judging will be based on the post's content quality, images and sourcing, and even formatting.
iii) You have to write and explain WHY you chose this post and WHAT, your own perspective of this post. You can write more if you wish.
iv) It mustn't be anyone from Steemitbloggers.
v) Make sure to leave a comment under the curated post stating the purpose of this contest and that he/she is selected.
vi) Go forth my fellow curators and find that GEM of a post.

Reasons:
I've always found @milaoz photography post amazing. Somehow, she has always been able to draw the beauty out via the camera lense. If you have checked out her previous post, her love for food and talent in photography is just the perfect combination.

In this post of hers, Mila as she's known shares how simple it is to prepare a sandwich with avacado and egg. Now, it may seemed to be just a simple dish but the manner that Mila had displayed the ingredients on the sandwich, NOW that takes talent.

In most circumstances, only a Michelin Star award Chef would potray such skills of delicacy, such eye for detail and perfectionism in presenting their dish. No matter how simple or small any dish may be, the highest level of regard and respect is placed when serving a dish.

Not to mention, the skills taken to cook an egg with liquid egg yolk ! That's totally out of the world.

How many of you out there are able to do so?

I feel that it's only right to curate @milaoz post not only because of the photography but also because of the required skills needed to prepare such a dish and present it in a manner most desirable and inviting.

I'm sure many of us have seen the movie Ratatouille. Imagine talent being found in the most extraordinary places in the world. If we're lucky to have found it, let's celebrate!
