You hold the Key!
Today I had the pleasure to catch a show hosted by @aggroed and featuring @kyle, two of our Steemit witnesses (you can listen to the show here). One of the things from the show that grabbed me was a comment from @aggroed where he said that with Steemit YOU hold the keys. He was talking about the keys to your account and wallet of course but I decided to take his comment one step further.
You hold the key to your wallet.
There is no person who can deny you access to your wallet. Even if all your property is seized, even if you are blacklisted by Banks, even if the whole monetary system crashes. You need to guard your key well, make sure that you have backups stored in a good places. Because if you lose that key then there is no one who can help you.
The fact that you are in full control of your wallet is the ultimate form of financial independence.
You hold the key to your success.
Your behavior and your actions decide your success. If you take the time to invest and persevere you will ultimately reap the rewards. If you are passionate about what you are doing and believe in the platform there is no telling what you can accomplish.
Steemit has created the opportunity, it is now up to you to seize it.
You hold the key to the success of Steemit.
All of us, whether you are a red fish, minnow, dolphin, orca or whale, play an important part in the success of Steemit. Our creations add value, our input and ideas lead to growth, our efforts and willingness to help others are the foundation of the community.
It is up to all of us to make Steemit the social dominating force we all think it could and should become.
