Now, just browsing through the TRENDING / HOT posts you see all those big earners, feeling you with so much Motivation and inspiration to quickly think of your posts , you just realized hmmmmm , i neeeed some followers to get exposure,

Firstly , do 

Introduce yourself 

Here you can tell the world about yourself and the topics or genre you are interested in , this will definitely get some audience / followers for the start . Steemit's community is mostly friendly and will welcome you Greatly~ 

Get your PROFILE Known and Connect with new people/steemians 

Look for people / steemians of similar interest for example in the food / travel / photography tab section , FOLLOW and UPVOTE their posts and look for active profiles that posts regularly ~

Gradually do this for the next few days , growing your follower count and in return get more views and upvote to your posts ~ 

Be CONSISTENT and keep Persisting 

Try Posting once or twice daily or possibly once every 2 ~ 3 days~ 

No one likes a dead profile right? 

Yeah sometimes you will see some posts that has less upvotes than the other but don't let this get you down , PERSISTANCE and do keep that NEVER GIVE UP / JUST DO IT Mentality and you are good to go!  

Remember ROME wasn't built in just a day~ It takes PATIENCE to grow ~ 

Steemit is somewhat like a lottery and the more posts you have which should have Good Quality , the HIGHER chance a DOLPHIN or a WHALE might see it !

Keep GROWING until you reach a minimum of 300 ~ 500 Followers and after that , you should have enough exposure to keep your followers growing organically ~ 

Comment on posts daily to WIDEN your exposure to your profile ~

UPVOTE good quality articles / posts / good comments received on your posts ~ 

By doing this your followers will be happy and you will create a WIN- WIN situation for every steemians ~ 

Share your posts on many forums / Social Media to gain additional views / followers ~

Join many Forums / Discord Chats ~

And thats it! You are on your way !
