Good day Steemian and welcome, this is more than just a price update on the Steem cryptocurrency for 28/7/2024, under the hood it's been a 7 year project.
I have been posting the Steem price update since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016 along with other content, plus I have attended many Steem official events and represented Steem at smaller events.
Many have came here to discuss the daily Steem price and recent Steemit changes for over 7 years.

There as never been a single power down made on this account since that time "7 years", our mission is to retain and rise the price of Steem for the benefit of us all. We do this by not only holding STEEM but by also buying into STEEM from time to time. All this rises the price of STEEM meaning your investment goes up in value and so does your earned rewards.

I'm sure we all want a better future for Steem and so casting your upvote here keeps Steem locked to raise it's value for us all. Most of the players in the crypto sphere are only here for some quick and shady profits before they just decide to get up and disappear but we have been here for the long run and would like to see Steem remained a strong and reliable token.

July 2024-Bitcoin reached over "70.000" again on June 4th and so the high season isn't done just yet. Likely you have witnessed some of the many bearish traps for investors to try and navigate this season. And so who knows when the bullrun will be truly over, I mention bitcoin because it can be a indication on the direction that Steem will follow. However not a lot of movement from our own token this time round compared to previous years which is very sad. Perhaps we have to be more patient as we wait on another possible alt coin season, and so what this means for now is that Steem itself is still wide open price wise for the smart and smaller investors💰. Last night I went to sleep before the usual late hour, this was mostly due to needing to be up for a morning work shift which I think will likely be extended. When I did try to sleep I had a easy time falling asleep, the cat didn't even knock this time as she was put in another room to settle and from there nothing else disturbed me. When I did fall asleep I woke-up 2 hours before my scheduled alarm, I was not happy about that and I think it was because of how strong the light was and yes this is even with the curtains closed. The alarm was set for earlier than usual to make sure I got up for work on time. As for the weather this morning we had a beautiful blue sky with lots of very bright an likely hot sunshine. Temperature wise it remained warm but comfortable, we had however been warned that it was about to get very hot the next few days. It definitely started to get warmer both yesterday and today you could feel the temperature was rising quicker. Since I had work to be in for soon there wasn't any time for chores or getting more of the things done for my father. In the end I paid a company to get prints of the documents he needed as unfortunately my own printer stopped working correctly and I need to get a new one. I'm still a little sort on the 💰 cash and so was hoping to cover the rest with Steem. But for whatever reason the amount needed to make a trade now as been hiked up to over 500 Steem😡! I wonder why this would be the case now and why it's the only cryptocurrency I can see doing this?!? I will see if instead I can instead trade with one of the Steem accounts. When my free time was up I skipped breakfast as I would get something at work, before leaving I changed, got my bag set and then myself ready for work. On the way looking at my phone I was shocked to see such such a low battery considering last night I changed it to 73% and it already dropped to 43% yet being barely used, something wasn't right. Arriving to work I saw the usual guy who normally tells me to do some cover work however it was strange to see him in on a Sunday which he blamed on another colleague for still being on holiday. The work started very quickly and there was a lot of it which made me dread the extra work being set for later but at least I should finish work earlier, however like I said I had doubts this would be the case. I searched for the weekly task sheet and instead found the old one, I guess since it was my boss who was in he either didn't know he had to set it thinking a superior already done it or was simply too busy. This was good because it means I didn't need to worry about any other tasks, but honestly there was so much work that it made no difference. I checked over the stats for the extra work and it also was more than I would like. Eventually the guy who sets-up the extra work arrives in and right on time, once it was set I tried my best with it but felt like I was getting nowhere as I had too much to do. It was also around this time when I looked at my phone and noticed there was a warning message about low battery which was suddenly at 5%. Something was definitely wrong with the phone and not long after that it went completely off with no battery..argh😡! Towards the end of shift I was basically not stressing myself over it and their expectations from work are just impossible. But about 10 minutes to my escape my boss sent another colleague to talk to me about staying longer which was fine as I already expected it as it was a strange time to finish. So I stayed and thinking we would get probably around 60% of the work completed, well I was completely wrong and shocked to see we actually managed to complete the whole thing with still nearly 30 minutes spare. I was glad when the shift was over as I was beginning to feel tired from it all and while I was still a little irritated by how much there was work wise I didn't get as annoyed like I did yesterday and so making me think I was indeed just having a off day. Getting outside most of my colleagues complained about the heat which honestly I didn't think was that bad at all. When I got home I started on getting chores done and hopefully a few more things for my father I also thought about trying to get online with friends as some will be taking turns going away. And so if they are going to take turns we can progress, as when they go away the others who are not here now can catch-up while the swap away days. Seems the workmen from across the road have decided to bombard the neighbourhood with all their leaflets after all that shouting and commotion the other day. It looked like our front neighbour finally got tired of all the noise coming from her neighbour who is the one with the workmen there who are extending the house. I can imagine she must indeed get a lot of noise there especially with the workmen now working on the inside of the house. Luckily they don't cause me much bother, after being on with friends with little progress I went to get some dinner ready and settle in for the night. As for Steemit.com 📊 there as been talks about doing PR for the site which as all been done before and while in one way adding more people could help the value of Steem I still believe it would be better to try and educate those who are already with us. And I don't mean education on creating better content but rather on how the site and the token is valued. Again not by it's content but instead by holding Steem, buying etc. Others are working on updating the look of the Steemit.com website to something more "modern" I was very worried about this but the changes aren't anything drastic. Onwards there as been mostly promises of war happening everywhere, more countries are slowly getting and warning their citizens to prepare for war. Such a war in this day and age will be devastating and so we must continue to work to remain at peace and not fight in wars that don't belong to us. Work hard, try to hold it together, sometimes we can't and that's ok too.. Let yourself know this first off. After that "Pace" yourself, even in the mist of the storm you can make it. Before we finish I would like to ask if anybody can recommend any website to watch movies or series for free without a VPN or a download site, a upvote will be sent if it's good.
