Daily Steem Price Update 26/12/2018
Good day Steemian welcome to today's Steem price update for 26/12/2018 I have been posting the Steem price update since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com many have came here to discuss the daily Steem prices and changes for just over 2 years now.
I also want to mention just incase your thinking something doesn't seem normal from the other regular Price update posts that the daily Steem price posts do slightly change from time to time.
But regardless of changes we will carry on as usual and by this I mean knowing the price of Steem as its important for your daily plan or strategy and honestly even if you are not planing to do anything with your Steem I still recommend checking out these updates and keeping an eye on the price, so without further ado lets take a look at today's Daily Steem Price Change for 26/12/2018

Happy Boxing Day! So Steem pretty much done as I suspected not alot, while we are seeing more movement we are still going to have to wait till tomorrow for things to get a little more into normality and hopefully giving us clues on what to expect. Steem spent most of its time at $0.27 but managed to recovery a bump back up to $0.28. Bitcoin as we know fell from $4213 to $3706 and today it's been bouncing about but is actually sneaking upwards again, at this rate it will take a while for bitcoin to get back at $4200 plus if this continues than no doubt those buyers who are back in the game tomorrow will probably buy some Steem incase Bitcoin starts climbing, which is probably a good idea as you just don't know what might happen. But experts believe that the downfall as come to its end or we are literally at it's bottom they say we should not see Bitcoin go any lower than $2900. Well at these prices we continue on this survival mode era of Steemit.com, Bitcoin dropped drastically forcing Steem's own value to tank downwards causing "Steem INC" a staff reduction of %70 and a possible threat to the site. Soon after this news there was a meeting and the conclusion was to survive by cutting down costs especially getting nodes running cheaper among some other strategies which will still take time to implement. The good news 👍 is with the recent development Ned said we should be able to save enough money to make it through the bear market, and while this is a great relieve we still need to actually do it and survive. Steemit INC assured us that they are well on track to delivering the cost reductions and moving forwards with Light SMT's. Already realising some of their improvements Ned said the priority is to work on the Steem network's fundamentals, RocksDB and SMT's is now the main focus. Also Steemit is in the number #1 position on stateofthedapps.com a not for profit website directory of decentralized applications on the Ethereum Blockchain. While Bitcoin as gone up and so as Steem it was still not looking good for SBD's so it's really good that today instead of bouncing about SBD's have actually been going upwards for the whole day, its now back at $0.70 which we saw happen around ⏰22.15.

Hehe I thought you had been drinking still or as it just beers? Some say 2019 will be slow, well if there is not much improvement with the price of Steem it will give me the opportunity to keep powering up @roundbeargames
it's been mostly beer, soju, or whiskey, but not wine!
i already see some signs and ques that tell me some big players are about to move in. but it might as well cause the market to crash even further who knows. but certainly 2019 will be vastly different from today :)
