Daily Steem Price Update 14/12/2018
Good day Steemian welcome to today's Steem price update for 14/12/2018 I have been posting the Steem price update since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com many have came here to discuss the daily Steem prices and changes for just over 2 years now.
I also want to mention just incase your thinking something doesn't seem normal from the other regular Price update posts that the daily Steem price posts do slightly change from time to time.
But regardless of changes we will carry on as usual and by this I mean knowing the price of Steem as its important for your daily plan or strategy and honestly even if you are not planing to do anything with your Steem I still recommend checking out these updates and keeping an eye on the price, so without further ado lets take a look at today's Daily Steem Price Change for 14/12/2018
Should you be trading with Steem today..
Its interesting considering how much Bitcoin when down from $3273 to $3141 the price of Steem in the exchanges are barely budging any lower, a good sign indeed but makes things difficult for buyers and unlike Bitcoin Steem is proving to be very steady, this is regardless that it went down firstly at ⏰16.15 to $0.22. The dilemma for buyers is.... has Bitcoin reached it's bottom for its run up to Christmas yet? / Will January see recovery or will people have little money left to invest into crypto? While Bitcoin seems more steady lately following the pattern there is still a possibility it will fall further before Christmas and just today if prove of that. Also if there is going to be another downwave they have started to happen at a slower pace. Seems I was right about the Bitcoin downward move but so far wrong about it affecting Steem. But still at these prices we continue on into this survival mode era of Steemit.com, Bitcoin dropped drastically forcing Steem's own value to tank downward causing Steem INC a staff reduction of %70 and a possible threat to the site. Soon after this news there was a live get-together for discussing what would happen going forward. The conclusion was to survive by cutting down costs especially getting nodes running cheaper, among many other strategies which will still take a while to implement. The really good news 👍 is with recent development Ned left a message saying we should be in a good place for our survival through the bear market, but now we just have to actually survive and get through it.Also I know many are wondering about SMT's and well...if Steem INC doesn't create the SMT's someone else will, there are already others who are working on making this happen for next year "very early". We was suppose to have another live meeting with Ned but have been told they are busy so not sure if he is still unwell, but I am assuming this means he is better now? SBD was going steady at $0.54 yup its not pretty but it still fell even more to $0.52 at ⏰17.00 but its not all bad because SBD had a sudden upbump which took it back to $0.61 would be great if it would hold.

It should eventually pass @jkenny and basically the longer it takes the more people can buy in therefore securing Steem's value better in future.

Hey @hotmangoes yes that is correct I'am now putting pictures taken instead of just the Steemit logo.
So why you made it changes?
I made the changes @hotmangoes because I feel it generally makes the blog look more appealing when you land on it plus people love to see faces, it's the project I been working on lately.
Yeah faces it good but not always, but what it this project about?
Yea @hotmangoes true depends I guess on what your trying to sell lol. As for the project it's one of the reasons I have not posted as much..well apart from "because of work", basically I put together and cleaned-up pictures taken from different Steem based events and put them all together into one file so that for the rest of 2019 on every "daily price update post" there will be a different picture of either myself or different Steemians I have met since I started my journey on Steemit.com

Yea pretty much, well as you can see it's all pictures appearing on the price updates @hotmangoes, there are still a few things which need sorting but it's something I will clean-up along the way as the pics get posted.
We are survivors and we will make it through this.
