Daily Steem Price Update 11/12/2018
Good day Steemian welcome to today's Steem price update for 11/12/2018 I have been posting the Steem price update since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com many have came here to discuss the daily Steem prices and changes for just over 2 years now.
I also want to mention just incase your thinking something doesn't seem normal from the other regular Price update posts that the daily Steem price posts do slightly change from time to time.
But regardless of changes we will carry on as usual and by this I mean knowing the price of Steem as its important for your daily plan or strategy and honestly even if you are not planing to do anything with your Steem I still recommend checking out these updates and keeping an eye on the price, so without further ado lets take a look at today's Daily Steem Price Change for 11/12/2018
Should you be trading with Steem today..
Today we should of seen a little more movement but Steem is basically doing as expected following the previous pattern. Steem as gone down to $0.23 exactly as we thought the first sign was at ⏰12.05 it will be interesting to see where it goes from here. There are two main patterns which it as been following lately, so the next move should either be it will continue going downward from here or it will start doing more of a "yo-yo" move. Either way for most buyers this is a frustrating game Steem needs to go down a little more in order to be finding those under the line deals, so like today Steem spent almost it's entire time at $0.24 not really offering any potential to buy at a cheaper rate and so not exciting buyers keeping us too level. As for Bitcoin it spent the first half of the day going downwards which was getting buyers very excited but regardless of this Steem's price was not really shifting from $0.24, it was only about two hours ago when we started seeing some recovery from Bitcoin. It fell to $3309 which is not its most "lowest", Bitcoin then recovered to $3382 and it still looks like it may continue to recover meaning those who didn't buy about one hour ago will miss out on today's best deal. But with these prices I welcome you into the survival mode era of Steemit.com, Bitcoin dropped drastically forcing Steem's own value to tank downward causing Steem INC a staff reduction of %70 and a possible treat to the site. Soon after the this news there was a live get-together for discussing what would happen going forward. The conclusion was to survive by cutting down costs especially getting nodes running cheaper, among many other strategies which will take a while to still implement. User Blocktrades offered a solution to Steem INC but there was obviously costs to doing this around $250.000. The offer was declined and Steem INC will do the job themselves. The really good news 👍 is with recent development Ned left a message saying we should be in a place where our survival through the bear market should be pretty much possible, now we just have to actually survive and get through it. Erm also strangely we have been waiting on a word from Ned about our next chat and... well nothing.... so I'am not sure what's going on atm guys. Anyway SBD is at $0.60 where its been most of the day but I guess it's better than earlier where it fell to $0.57 about 3 hours ago.

We are survivors and we will keep on fighting at least this is where I stand.

Yeah it sure looks that way, still many who know about the issues seem to be sticking with Steem which is just fantastic to see, atm next year is not looking too promising but hopefully something will change, we wait for better news now, glad you still stand @joalvarez
