My first try on Lasagna

Hello friends of Steemit, yesterday I prepared my first lasagna or as it is known here in Venezuela pasticho and halfway of making it I tough that I could take some pictures to make a small post, the one you are reading right now :)

Preparation time: 45-60 minutes.
Servings for: 4 people

For its preparation you will need the following ingredients:

  • 1 box of 250gr lasagne sheets ready to bake.
  • 100gr of Parmesan cheese (in our case we did not found it).
  • 370gr of Mozzarella cheese
  • 250gr of Bolognese sauce
  • 200gr of Bechamel sauce

In our case we already had the Bechamel sauce previously prepared and we used a low in tomato Bolognese sauce, so I can only recommend these similar recipes that I found online(in Spanish): Bolognese sauce and Bechamel Sauce considering that we used a lot of pepper because we like it.

Once the sauces are ready and we passed the slices through hot water, we have to cover with flour the molds that we are going to use and cover them with the first layer of bechamel sauce, followed by the first layer of pasta slices.

On each sheet we will put bechamel sauce, bolognese sauce, cheese and another layer of pasta, and then repeat the cycle.

None of our molds could get filled with more than 2 layers of pasta, but there was plenty of space on the sides, those sides were filled with bechamel sauce and pieces of cheese.

Finally when we have used the last layers of pasta, we add one last time more bechamel, bolognese and cheese.

We cover everything with aluminum foil or the lid of the mold if it has one:

And we put the oven 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

We uncover at the end to let it brown for 5 minutes (it is advisable to be careful to decrease the risk of burning something or yourself ;) ).

We ate it with toasted bread:

It was a pleasure to share this recipe with you and despite not entering in details about the sauces, I can assure you that it tastes very good :)

This is a wonderful and well detailed.

However endeavour to use proper tags to make your work more visible. Steemit is wrong tag for this.

Use food , photography

Diy is good for tutorials... tutorials and Howto tags are good for posts like this...

Also reduce thebuse of bots... incase curation teams come around.
